    Business Development Representative    

    Reports to: Business Development Manager

    Based in the following regions: Illinois, Mid-Atlantic, Nevada, and Washington D.C.

    Manages assigned high-profile partner accounts to increase account penetration as well as enrollments on a quarterly basis.


    • Manage Drexel University Online's health system, corporate, education, and association partner accounts with 20,000+ employees or more.
    • Develop and execute enrollment cultivation strategies for large partner accounts
    • Interface with senior decision makers within assigned partners to increase account penetration to generate enrollments.
    • Deliver sales presentations to executives as well as employees within assigned customer base.
    • Identify cohort and contract learning opportunities to support enrollment growth within assigned partners
    • Develop and coordinate strategic site visits and marketing activity to assigned partners monthly to increase brand awareness and lead generation
    • Collaborate with marketing and management to develop innovative marketing and promotional strategies to support
    • Act as corporate liaison between assigned partners and Drexel University Online
    • Attend annual meetings, trade shows, conferences and on-site client visits to increase brand awareness within partner accounts.
    • Develop enrollment forecasts quarterly for assigned partner accounts.
    • Assist in providing internal and external training based on departmental needs.
    • And other duties assigned by management

    Job Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, MS or MBA a plus
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and/or account management, preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and results.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, budgeting, and time management skills.
    • Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time within the continental U.S.
    • Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
