Drexel University Online Ranked Among Best In Nation
Drexel University’s online programs have ranked among the best in the nation, according to the 2016 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings. Drexel University, which launched its first web-enabled class in 1996, now offers more than 140 online degree and certificate programs.
Drexel University’s online graduate information technology programs ranked eighth in the country. The University’s College of Computing and Informatics serves as a central hub for multi-disciplinary computing activities, spanning a wide range of academic domains to address the opportunities and challenges of the information age.
In addition to its highly ranked information technology program, Drexel University was ranked among the nation’s best for online graduate programs in engineering (24), nursing (42) education (53) and for its MBA (91). The University’s online bachelor’s programs were also ranked among the top in the nation.
The University earned distinction as a military-friendly school, with several programs included on the list of Best Online Programs for Veterans.
Drexel launched several new online programs in 2015, including master’s degrees in Medical and Healthcare Simulation and Sport Coaching Leadership, as well as certificates in Sexual Health and Wellness and Clinical Nurse Leadership.
