Moving Forward: Creative Strategies for Promoting Social Emotional and Behavioral Wellness in the Classroom

Teachers have been presented with a myriad of challenges in the classroom due to the pandemic. In addition to the shifting delivery of instruction, teachers must contend with the social, emotional, and behavioral wellness of the students they teach, while managing their own stress and burnout. This presentation will discuss the wellness needs of educators and present several creative strategies that teachers may readily incorporate into their instructional toolkit that promotes creativity and student engagement within a less stressful classroom environment.
