    Drexel University’s online Master’s of Science in Property Management seeks to educate professionals to be successful in the multidisciplinary field of property management.     Property managers operate in complex environments and their roles vary from handling day-to-day operations to long-term strategic leadership. Successful property managers must be versed in a variety of skills sets, including strategic policies involving development, risk, finance, marketing, human resources, and technology. A Master’s degree is recommended for this high-level profession and successful property managers are responsible for thousands of tenants and units, millions of rent dollars, hundreds of employees, and multi-million dollar investments.

    Capstone Courses

    Curriculum

    This program is organized into four 10-week quarters per year (as opposed to the traditional two semester system) which means you can take more courses in a shorter time period. One semester credit is equivalent to 1.5 quarter credits.

    Admissions Criteria

    • A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
    • Undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (graduate GPA will be considered along with the undergraduate GPA)

    Tuition

    The tuition rate for the academic year 2016-2017 is $1192 per credit.


    • This rate applies only to new online students.
      • Students being readmitted to Drexel University must contact applyDUonline@drexel.edu within the first two weeks of the term to request tuition savings for which they qualify.
    • This program is eligible for Financial Aid.
