    • You must order official transcripts from all universities or colleges and other post-secondary educational institutions (including trade schools) that you've previously attended.
    • You must supply transcripts regardless of the number of credits earned or the type of school you attended. Example: John Doe took one course at a community college before transferring to the four-year college where he received his bachelor's degree. He would still need to order both transcripts, even if that one course appears on his final degree transcript.
    • If you don’t list all post-secondary institutions on your application and these appear on transcripts received from other institutions, your application will not be reviewed until you have submitted the remaining transcripts.
    • The transcripts must arrive in original, university-sealed envelopes. If the transcript is mailed directly to you, you may forward it to us as long as it remains unopened. We can not accept opened, faxed, or otherwise copied transcripts.
    • Instead of hard copy transcripts, your post-secondary institution can supply official electronic transcripts directly to Drexel University Online through email or a password secured link or website. Please use our email address, (or for RN to BSN applications.)
    • Emailed transcripts must: Be sent directly from a verified email address at the issuing university (not a personal account,) include both the front and back sides of the transcript, specifically state "Official Transcript," and contain the registrar signature.
    • If you've attended a college or university located outside of the United States, you may be required to obtain a transcript evaluation from an approved company such as World Education Services. In this case, please request that your transcript be sent to WES, who will then mail us the evaluation report. As with other transcripts, we can not accept opened or otherwise copied reports.

    • Please ask your recommenders to set up their spam filters to receive email from to ensure that they receive the instructions for filling out the form.
    • If a recommender prefers to submit an original, hard copy letter, please remind them that it must include an ink signature and be submitted in a sealed envelope and mailed to the address above.
