Drexel University Online Announces Partnership with the National Society of Black Engineers-Region 2 Wednesday, September 27, 2017 Drexel University Online officially announces a partnership with Region 2 of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), which will provide an opportunity for the NSBE’s members in the Northeast US chapter to earn a degree online at a significant tuition savings. Under this agreement, further detailed on Drexel University Online’s website, NSBE-Region 2 members will be eligible for a 10-40 percent tuition savings on Drexel’s online programs, with no application fee.
